From a young age, the author was captivated by a Palladian window in a house under construction, igniting a lifelong fascination with windows and their architectural significance. Throughout adolescence, the author explored historic homes in New England, becoming intrigued by various window styles and their implications on interior layouts. This passion led to a career in architecture, specifically at Kligerman Architecture & Design, where the author now works as a partner.
