Our next event in the 2023 Traditional Building Conference Series takes place on the storied Gold Coast of Long Island at a Great Gatsby era mansion set upon 120 bucolic acres in Woodbury New York. Originally designed in 1918 by Delano and Aldrich, the Mansion at Oyster Bay is one of the best examples of Gilded Age architecture still standing today. One can still feel the presence of former owner Alyssa Mellon Bruce, socialite and art col- lector. Nearby there is plenty to see and do, from the historic whaling port of Cold Spring Harbor to the splendor of Old Westbury Gardens to President Theodore Roosevelt’s family estate, Sagamore, on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Traditional Building Conference is a registered provider of AIA continuing education and credits for AIBD, NARI and certain NAHB classifications can be arranged.

Join your fellow architects, designers, builders, restoration/renovation contractors, building artisans, specialty trades contractors, preservationists and building owner/facilities managers for the only national conference about traditional building materials and methods.
