Bendheim’s Restoration Glass® is the world’s finest mouth-blown antique window glass, found in our country’s most prestigious historic restorations, including the White House, Mount Vernon, and Monticello. Bendheim developed and introduced Restoration Glass® in partnership with Glashütte Lamberts of Germany – the premier manufacturer of mouth-blown window glass.

Restoration Glass® exhibits the mild waviness and occasional air bubble characteristic of true antique window glass, making it ideal for historically accurate restorations and period-style reproductions. The glass is available in two varieties – Full and Light. Full Restoration Glass® is more distorting and accurately represents much of the antique window glass made in the 17th and 18th centuries. Light Restoration Glass® is less distorting and closely resembles window glass found in structures built in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Bendheim – the resource for specialty glass since 1927 – is the foremost supplier of specialty glass in North America, offering more than 2,000 decorative architectural glass types in stock and a variety of custom design solutions.
