• Barn Restorations. After more than a century of hard service and exposure to the elements, many of America's barns are suffering from structural. Long experience allows us to understand and efficiently address their needs.
• Covered Bridges. Because of long spans, timber framed covered bridges present construction challenges beyond most historic structures. We welcome the structural complexities presented by covered bridge building.
• Log Cabins. Emblems of the simple lives that our ancestors lived during the time of the first settlement, we build new log cabins, authentically produced and hand detailed to be indistinguishable from true historic work.
• Standing Seam Metal Roofing. A handsome and durable roofing, standing seamed metal roofing was the material of choice for all types of structures for more than a century and the economics and aesthetics of it are now again extremely favorable. Almost any available roofing metal, including copper.
• Barn Conversions. Creative adaptive re-use is often the only alternative to demolition for many of the barns which used to anchor the rural landscape. With their handsome timber frames and wide open plans, they lend themselves to a variety of designs and new applications.
• Timber Frame Construction. No other material or form so eloquently and dramatically expresses the essence of a structure as a handmade timber frame. As a full service traditional timber frame company, we bring efficiencies to both the design and the production of the post and beam structure.
